These roles will be based in Education and Academic Services, working in teams supporting our students and our academic colleagues. We have fixed term and permanent and part-time and full-time opportunities.
These roles offer the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.
The roles
Education Support Assistant and Education Support Administrator
Our Education Support roles help to provide all key administration and education support activities for our students. You will work as part of the Education Support team which focuses on supporting teaching and learning administration – for example helping our students with queries around their programmes of study, supporting coursework and assessment and helping our students who need access to welfare/wellbeing services. This team works collaboratively across multiple hub locations and across three campuses.
All staff within Education Services are expected to work on-campus as well as from home, on a rota basis. You will be asked initially to work from campus for up to 4 days per week, whilst training is completed.
Faculty Operations Administrator
Our Faculty Operations roles work as teams to give brilliant administrative support to academic colleagues. Some roles focus on personal assistant-type support to senior leaders and some roles co-ordinate administration in departments. All roles have the opportunity to directly impact on the smooth running of the university and for you to showcase your fantastic organisational and business support skills.

If successful at interview, conversations will take place with candidates regarding role preferences.
