The role
The University of Exeter is seeking to make an Associate Professor appointment in Electrical Energy Systems within the Department of Engineering. The post will primarily support further growth of research and teaching activities in the area of net-zero electrical energy systems and smart grids at the University.
Led by Professor David Butler (www.exeter.ac.uk/engineering), the role will be based in the Engineering department, Engineering currently has over 85 academic staff across our Exeter (Streatham) and Cornwall (Penryn) campuses. Academics in Streatham have particular expertise in simulation, optimisation and machine learning, water systems engineering, computational analysis, nano-engineering, vibration engineering, materials and manufacturing, biomedical engineering, electrical energy systems & smart grids.
