Summary of the role
An exciting opportunity is available to lead the Exeter Clinical Skills team, based in the newly refurbished Heavitree Hospital Clinical Skills Resource Centre. The Senior Clinical Skills Tutor is responsible for managing Clinical Skills teaching and assessment for the BMBS Medicine programme in Exeter. This includes operational administration, curriculum development and quality management. You will work with the Clinical Skills Theme Lead, Clinical Coordinators and the Truro Senior Clinical Skills Tutor to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of teaching and assessment in accord with the College education strategy. Primary responsibility will be to manage the team within the Clinical Skills Resource Centre (CSRC) at Exeter ensuring all human resource management including appraisals and personnel management in accordance with policy.
